Bart Gragg came out of the rice fields of Louisiana through the oilfields of the Texas Gulf Coast and industrial dismantling nationwide. Most of his hair loss came from years of emergency service work for refineries and power plants. Since the age of 18 (you'll have to guess his age now), Bart was known for running his own divisions as if they were the only business unit in the company.

As a drilling and production consultant, dismantling superintendent, refinery service company rep, speaker’s bureau chair, and even a volunteer coordinator for aerobatics competitions, Bart's ability to work with strangers in strange environments sharpened his ability to communicate. His greatest experience in these varied roles was his growing understanding of people. It is still something he works at incessantly to this day.

Bart is an avid and frequently sought after public speaker.  He works with small and large groups to 'get their point' across using humor and stories to make the message stick.

Bart is currently writing an executive briefing on management and specifically blue collar management entitled "Stop Mangl-aging and Start Managing!©" with a target publication date is spring of 2008.

Bart is active with both Professional and Volunteer Organizations.   He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Women Business Owners - San Francisco Chapter
